Quickstart
Upload a file to Storage and serve it through the CDN in a few commands.
Console access is currently invite-only while we are in private beta. If you already have an invitation, sign in at the Console and create an API token first.
1. Install the CLI
The popug command line tool is available for macOS and Linux. See CLI for all install options.
brew install popug-cloud/tap/popug
2. Sign in
Run popug login and paste your API token when prompted. The token is stored in ~/.config/popug/config.toml.
popug login
3. Create a bucket
popug storage mb s3://my-bucket
4. Upload a file
# Upload a file with the Popug Cloud CLI
popug storage upload ./image.jpg s3://my-bucket/image.jpg
5. Get a public URL
Objects in a public bucket are delivered through the CDN. Ask the CLI for the URL:
# Get a public URL (delivered via our CDN) popug url s3://my-bucket/image.jpg https://cdn.popug.cloud/my-bucket/image.jpg
